Google Defaults
Occasionally UPS, FedEx, or USPS takes longer then the allowed three seconds to calculate shipping. Due to this Google requires that we send a default shipping and tax rate for when automatic calculations fail, or take longer then the three second timeout period.

To configure your Google shipping default do the following:
1) Login https://qccart.net/admin
2) Cart Settings
3) Payment/Gateway Settings
4) Enter in an amount into the shipping field
5) Save

Tax Defaults:
The tax default is automatically calculated based on the tax charts you created in "Tax Settings". The shopping cart automatically uses the highest configured tax rate as your Google default tax rate.

Order Status
The Google Checkout system has several order status levels. The following is a chart that compares the Google Checkout status to the QCCart Order Status in the Search My Orders tool.
