Google Checkout (Orders not appearing in the cart)

Google is fairly responsive in how quickly the order appears. A Google Checkout order should appear in the shopping cart within a 2 or 3 minutes. If you don't see the order. There was probably a problem recording it.

First thing to check is to make sure you have properly followed all the Google Checkout (Setup Instructions). Even mistyping a single letter would cause your order to not appear in the shopping cart.

Unfortunately QCCart support cannot see the error logs that Google Checkout creates directly. However, you can copy the log files for us to review.

1) Login to Google Checkout
2) Click on settings (top of Google page)
3) Click on integration (left side)
4) Review your integration issues
